Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage marketing dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring data integration and evaluating new tools
- Lead the development and optimization of marketing processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and marketing performance reporting
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
