Marketing and Advertising Lawyer

Job Summary

To support a diverse range of clients, the remote Marketing and Advertising Lawyer will partner with internal marketing teams to provide legal counsel on marketing content, review consumer-facing materials, and draft and negotiate various contracts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal marketing teams to advise on marketing content, campaigns, and promotions
• Review and provide guidance on consumer-facing sales and marketing materials
• Draft and negotiate contracts related to marketing agreements, sponsorships, and licensing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing & Advertising law
• Active bar license for the state of residence
• Experience working independently and managing complex projects
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal skills
