Marketing and Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to drive employer outreach and strategic partnership development for Registered Apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach and marketing strategies to attract employers and workforce partners to Registered Apprenticeship programs
• Identify new business development opportunities to advance apprenticeship expansion goals
• Build and nurture relationships with employers, industry associations, and other key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Familiarity with sector-based outreach and Registered Apprenticeship program development
• Expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and partnership strategies
• Market research skills to develop new opportunities for program objectives
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and travel domestically as required
