Job Summary

Creative and detail-oriented, the part-time Marketing and Communications Coordinator will manage day-to-day communications, digital engagement, and member support remotely, focusing on social media, email marketing, website management, and event promotion.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage social media content and the weekly newsletter while ensuring alignment with organizational values
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual events and maintain member-facing resources, enhancing member engagement
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights to strengthen outreach and communication strategies
Required qualifications
  • Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or nonprofit administration
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, email marketing systems, and website content
  • Familiarity with digital engagement tools such as Canva, Microsoft and Google Suites, and Zoom
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
