Marketing Asset Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Asset Review Representative to support the American Express Marketing Compliance Review team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing collateral for compliance with legal, regulatory, and branding guidelines
• Manage and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines
• Maintain documentation and project status in systems and communicate effectively with Marketing Managers

Required Qualifications

• College degree from an accredited institution or 3-5 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 0-2 years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry with a background in marketing or advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• General knowledge of CRM or CEX platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
