Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time Marketing Assistant will create engaging social-first content, manage community engagement, and drive marketing campaigns while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance online presence and foster educator engagement
  • Create and produce high-quality, educator-focused content for various marketing channels, including social media and community initiatives
  • Gather audience insights and monitor trends to inform content strategy and improve educator experience
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C or education-focused environments
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating short-form video content
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian education market, including policy and curriculum frameworks
  • Strong understanding of community engagement and relationship-building within educator spaces
  • Experience applying audience insights through social listening and analytics
