Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Marketing Assistant will manage content marketing and community engagement across podcast, YouTube, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring smooth execution and tracking of all initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for podcast episodes and manage YouTube content, including performance tracking and audience engagement
• Oversee the production of newsletters and email campaigns, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to schedule
• Manage social media interactions and community engagement, monitoring comments and responding to inquiries appropriately

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, content, or email marketing role
• Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to write clearly and persuasively
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp
• Familiarity with Google Suite and social media management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment
