Job Summary

To support a growing art education company, the part-time Marketing Assistant will manage website upkeep, streamline marketing initiatives, and assist with various marketing projects while working remotely during PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating the company website to align with marketing strategies
• Streamlining marketing initiatives from a technical perspective to enhance brand awareness
• Assisting with various marketing projects to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with WordPress and website management
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Active Campaign, and Zapier
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting high expectations
