Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

To support the marketing initiatives of Silvur Insurance, the full-time Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on assistance in campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting while collaborating with the marketing team and credit union partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and scheduling campaign content across various channels, maintaining the marketing calendar, and ensuring campaigns stay on track
• Support the drafting and formatting of campaign content, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines and coordinating asset delivery to partners
• Organize campaign performance data and assist in maintaining dashboards to highlight trends and insights

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of marketing experience, including internships
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting and editing copy or data summarization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Canva is a plus
