Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Marketing Associate is a full-time position responsible for managing and creating marketing content and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Downstream Marketing team to understand collateral needs and manage content generation projects
• Update and simplify technical concepts into effective marketing messaging and tools
• Serve as the primary contact for the Promotional Review Committee, overseeing the internal review and approval process for marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in General Studies, Communications, Business, or Life Sciences
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
• Experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand technical and scientific information
