Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives for the Engineered Materials business, the entry-level Marketing Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to assist in go-to-market execution, content development, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing plans and go-to-market initiatives for the Americas region
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign activities
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience; internship experience in marketing is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
