Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Marketing Associate will manage the execution of marketing initiatives for an AI visibility marketing agency, focusing on enhancing the visibility of the founder through speaking engagements, awards, and content distribution while supporting the marketing team with campaign operations and paid media coordination in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate speaking engagements, awards submissions, and podcast bookings for the founder, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared
• Support content distribution and campaign launch operations, maintaining quality control and tracking across marketing initiatives
• Manage ClickUp hygiene, ensuring all marketing workflows are organized and up to date

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, agency coordination, or demand generation support
• Proven ability to manage marketing pipelines and execute distribution strategies effectively
• Experience with cold outreach to event organizers and media contacts, including writing pitches and submissions
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools
• Understanding of SEO, GEO, and AI search as part of content strategy
