Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Associate will manage email campaigns, oversee social media content, and maintain the marketing database in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content
• Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
• Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
• Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus
