Job Summary

Managing and maintaining HubSpot, the full-time remote Marketing and Growth Associate will execute email marketing campaigns, support demand generation initiatives, and coordinate integrated marketing efforts across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HubSpot, including CRM organization, workflows, and reporting
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs
• Support demand generation initiatives across webinars, events, and digital channels

Required qualifications

• Prior marketing experience within crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Experience executing email marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Native English speaker based in the United States (ideally East Coast)
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
