Marketing Associate

Job Summary

To support a leading global beauty retailer, the temporary hourly Marketing Associate will optimize product sample flow, develop strategies for purchase orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies for prioritizing purchase orders and allocating resources based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product processing and minimize workload
• Track and report on purchase orders to ensure timely inbound inventory and communicate critical information regarding inventory concerns

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Excellent technical proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel functions
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Robust organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
