Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing initiatives by managing content production, social media, and email marketing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage daily social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Organize podcast files and coordinate episode uploads, including guest outreach and promotional materials
• Draft and proofread weekly email newsletters, ensuring timely and error-free delivery

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related support role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices
• Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar platforms is preferred
