Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal assistance and counsel on upcoming marketing campaigns and editorial materials
Collaborate with legal team members on internal legal education and training materials
Build the knowledge base around items that cross multiple lines of business

Required Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of a State Bar
5+ years of relevant legal experience
3+ years of marketing material review
Experience reviewing website content, online campaigns, promotions, sweepstakes, and press releases
