Job Summary

To support personalized marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Automation Analyst will build customer audiences, develop automated journeys, and execute campaigns using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, working remotely from the EST or CST zones.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain Data Cloud audiences, customer segments, and automations for scalable marketing campaigns
  • Validate audience eligibility and campaign functionality through comprehensive QA, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and document processes
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in large relational datasets and building customer segments
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign testing, and deployment processes
  • Preferred certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud
