Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Marketing Automation Analyst will leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to build audiences, develop automated customer journeys, and support personalized marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Data Cloud audiences and validate audience counts for campaign deployment
  • Configure Data Extensions and build SQL queries to support campaign execution and automation
  • Document technical specifications and follow governance processes for marketing automation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another enterprise CDP
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large relational datasets
  • Experience in building customer segments and personalized marketing experiences
  • Understanding of customer identity resolution and audience governance
