Job Summary

To support a subscription-based product, the full-time Marketing Automation Developer will leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to build audiences, develop automated customer journeys, and execute personalized marketing campaigns while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain Data Cloud audiences and validate audience counts for campaign deployment
  • Develop SQL queries and automate processes to support scalable campaign execution in Marketing Cloud
  • Document technical specifications and support testing and deployment of new capabilities in Marketing and Data Cloud
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another enterprise CDP
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large relational datasets
  • Experience in building customer segments and personalized marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of customer identity resolution and data modeling
