Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Automation & Attribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing automation execution across the full lifecycle, building and maintaining multi-touch automation workflows
- Lead attribution strategy, governance, and reporting reliability, ensuring a consistent approach to pipeline source and campaign contribution
- Improve lead management, routing, and sales handoff to ensure smooth transitions from marketing to sales workflows
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign architecture and data hygiene
- Direct experience with attribution tooling, preferably Bizible, and understanding of multi-touch attribution concepts
- Strong analytical skills to reconcile reporting across platforms and establish scalable standards
- Proven ability to drive clarity and execute in a high-ownership environment
