Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to transform marketing strategies into effective automated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing automation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead nurturing
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing automation platform, ensuring efficient workflows and campaign delivery across digital channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or certification in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform such as Marketo (or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and basic HTML/CSS for email customization
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journeys, and campaign metrics
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing, testing methodologies, and reporting tools
