Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who understands lifecycle marketing and can optimize automated systems to enhance engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Audit existing flows and resolve issues related to logic, overlaps, and delays
  • Analyze user behavior data and design lead scoring models to improve engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM roles
  • Proven experience in lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and automation logic
  • Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Pardot, or Klaviyo
  • Strong experience in building scalable automation systems and managing CRM data hygiene
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
