Job Summary
Marketing Automation Manager, responsible for leading marketing automation, analytics, and reporting efforts in a full-time remote role to enhance demand generation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Salesforce and Pardot infrastructure, including campaign structure and lead lifecycle management
- Develop standardized reporting across various digital marketing channels to provide actionable insights
- Manage digital marketing team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign execution
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or digital analytics
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement
- Strong understanding of attribution models and B2B demand generation metrics
- Experience with GA4 and tracking infrastructure
- Ability to create executive-level dashboards and performance reporting
