Job Summary
Driving the adoption of marketing automation strategies, the full-time Marketing Automation Manager will build communication journeys for prospective students using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on both campus and online workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the university's marketing automation platform
- Support the refinement and monitoring of marketing automation KPIs to enhance business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design multi-channel engagement strategies and optimize the enrollment experience
Required qualifications
- 3 years of marketing automation experience and managing marketing technology solutions
- 2 years of CRM experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience understanding and anticipating dependencies across complex systems
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes to business stakeholders
