Job Summary
To enhance digital communication strategies, the full-time Marketing Automation Manager will develop and manage email and SMS programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to engage B2B and B2C audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operationalize multi-touch customer journeys in Journey Builder based on lifecycle strategy and business requirements
- Implement dynamic, personalized content and audience-based variations across Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop a rigorous testing strategy for email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, dynamic content, and targeting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of directly related experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of directly related experience, including 4 years of managerial experience
- SFMC certification and 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Expert knowledge in HTML/CSS email coding and design of responsive emails
- Experience with SMS processes and best practices in email/SMS marketing
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations like the CAN-SPAM Act
