Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Manager with strong Braze expertise to work remotely on a freelance basis, focusing on building, executing, and optimizing personalized lifecycle marketing campaigns while dedicating 50% of the role to quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze
- Own the end-to-end QA process for marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and readiness before deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Product, Creative, Engineering, and Data teams to support campaign execution and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience working in Braze
- Strong experience building campaigns in Braze Canvas, Segments, and Liquid
- Demonstrated experience with campaign QA, testing workflows, personalization, and campaign validation
- Experience executing A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance metrics
