Job Summary
Owning the automation infrastructure for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing operations, the full-time Marketing Automation Manager will design, build, and maintain scalable workflows while working remotely from Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and redesign operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and implement scalable automation
- Lead cross-functional automation and process improvement initiatives from scoping to implementation
- Administer core go-to-market automation platforms, ensuring configuration, architecture, and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Experience managing Salesforce environment dependencies and advanced reporting capabilities
- Proven ability to evaluate and adopt emerging revenue technology and automation platforms
- Prior experience with data enrichment platforms and ability to audit custom technical scripts is advantageous
- Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
