Job Summary
Owning the marketing tech stack, the full-time Marketing Automation Manager will architect scoring models, automate signal-based campaigns, and provide insights on pipeline performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the full marketing tech stack, including HubSpot and other tools
- Develop and maintain account and contact scoring models to track buying stage progression
- Build reporting infrastructure to analyze funnel metrics and provide actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and analytics
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Proven ability to build scoring models and work with intent data platforms like ZoomInfo or TechTarget
- Experience with enrichment tools such as Clay
- Understanding of workflow automation and outbound cadences
