Job Summary
To drive impactful marketing strategies, the full-time remote Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager will own the marketing tech stack, architect scoring models, and build automation systems that enhance sales engagement and pipeline visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full marketing tech stack and maintain account and contact scoring architecture
- Implement signal-based campaign automation and ensure accurate reporting infrastructure for funnel metrics and pipeline contribution
- Provide dark funnel visibility and develop nurturing workflows for contacts not ready for direct outreach
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and analytics
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Proven ability to build scoring models and experience with intent data platforms like ZoomInfo or TechTarget
- Proficiency with enrichment tools such as Clay and understanding of sequencing tools
- Ability to manipulate data and build reports independently; SQL knowledge is a plus
