Job Summary

Owning the marketing tech stack, the full-time remote Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager will architect account and contact scoring models, activate intent signals, and build automated workflows to enhance pipeline visibility and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and other tools
  • Design and maintain account and contact scoring architecture to track buying stage progression
  • Develop reporting infrastructure to provide insights on funnel metrics and marketing contributions to revenue
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and analytics
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to build scoring models independently
  • Experience with intent data platforms such as ZoomInfo or TechTarget
  • Proficiency with enrichment tools like Clay and understanding of sequencing tools
