Job Summary
Owning the marketing tech stack, the full-time remote Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager will architect account and contact scoring models, activate intent signals, and build automated workflows to enhance pipeline visibility and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and other tools
- Design and maintain account and contact scoring architecture to track buying stage progression
- Develop reporting infrastructure to provide insights on funnel metrics and marketing contributions to revenue
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and analytics
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Proven ability to build scoring models independently
- Experience with intent data platforms such as ZoomInfo or TechTarget
- Proficiency with enrichment tools like Clay and understanding of sequencing tools
