Job Summary
Managing automated campaigns and overseeing the Marketo platform, the full-time Marketing Automation Manager will define campaign standards, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to execute effective marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the Adobe Marketo Engage instance and establish standards for campaign structure, triggers, and filters
- Build and manage automated campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms while ensuring compliance across multiple regions
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot sync failures, and communicate issues and resolutions proactively to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience with Marketo Engage, including setting up complex automated campaigns
- Hands-on experience with 6Sense or similar platforms for predictive data workflows
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including lead and contact management and data flow
- Understanding of API dependencies, sync logic, and webhooks at a configuration level
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred
