Job Summary
Owning the design, execution, and optimization of omni-channel campaigns, the full-time remote Marketing Automation Principal will serve as a technical authority on the Marketo platform, leveraging AI and automation to enhance marketing operations while mentoring team members and refining campaign strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns through Marketo, ensuring governance and scalability
- Implement AI-driven strategies to enhance audience segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign efficiency
- Analyze performance data to optimize targeting and messaging, mentoring junior team members in best practices
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations with a focus on marketing automation
- Proven experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform, including administration and governance
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve marketing outcomes
- Expertise in developing and managing lead lifecycle and scoring models
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience
