Job Summary

To support the development of automated customer journeys, the temporary Marketing Automation Specialist will work remotely to configure and optimize campaigns using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance targeting and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure, test, deploy, and iterate automated personalized journeys and campaigns based on Next Best Action (NBA) strategy
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to build and validate audience segments using real-time behavioral signals
  • Monitor automated system performance, resolve execution issues, and contribute to platform governance and best practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in a marketing campaign delivery team
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of automated customer journey logic, event triggers, and personalization rules
  • Effective collaboration skills across technical and business teams in agile environments
