Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support automation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, deploy, and optimize automated multi-channel campaigns across SFMC and HubSpot
  • Develop segmentation strategies and maintain lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with teams to execute aligned campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Strong proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and HubSpot workflows
  • Understanding of SQL for segmentation and querying
  • Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle mapping
  • Ability to translate marketing requirements into technical automation builds
