Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing automation using HubSpot
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and nurture programs

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- B2B experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience in building and managing email campaigns, nurture programs, and automation
- Strong understanding of database marketing and lifecycle management
- Experience with data hygiene, enrichment, and CRM integrations
