Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement through digital strategies, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will execute digital touchpoints and marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute digital touchpoints and marketing automation, including email/mobile development and customer journey design
  • Analyze digital engagement metrics to recommend strategies for increasing customer interaction and optimize email campaigns
  • Advise cross-functional teams on best practices for marketing automation and manage data for audience creation
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, digital engagement, and marketing automation, preferably with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience in developing digital engagement techniques and project management
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
