Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement through digital strategies, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will execute digital touchpoints and marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute digital touchpoints and marketing automation, including email/mobile development and customer journey design
- Analyze digital engagement metrics to recommend strategies for increasing customer interaction and optimize email campaigns
- Advise cross-functional teams on best practices for marketing automation and manage data for audience creation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, digital engagement, and marketing automation, preferably with Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience in developing digital engagement techniques and project management
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
