Job Summary

To operationalize marketing strategies, the full-time remote Marketing Automation Specialist will manage campaign execution, lead management, and marketing data reporting while leveraging AI-driven workflows and collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own execution of campaigns in Account Engagement (Pardot), including email and workflow management
  • Develop and maintain marketing reporting across Salesforce, GA4, and BI dashboards
  • Support the integration of AI tools into marketing workflows and optimize processes for scalability
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and BI tools
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and funnel metrics
  • Interest in applying AI tools to enhance marketing workflows
