Job Summary

Partnering with clients to ensure success in their marketing automation initiatives, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will design and execute Marketo programs, optimize paid media processes, and provide insights for lead management and reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current systems and processes to identify pain points and opportunities for paid media programs
  • Manage end-to-end production and execution of marketing campaigns in Marketo, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce for improved lead flow
  • Document technical implementations and create a QA process to ensure accurate data passing from Ad Platforms
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketo
  • Experience with paid media digital integration, specifically sending conversion KPIs from MarTech to ad platforms
  • Knowledge of Zapier or Workato or similar integration platforms preferred
  • Understanding of UTM tracking setup and QA processes
  • Must be willing to work East Coast US hours
