Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will manage end-to-end email campaign delivery, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the review, build, and deployment of global emails with a focus on accuracy
- Build and manage customer journeys and automated lifecycle campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
- Execute QA and end-to-end testing for all campaigns, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Required qualifications
- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of online/email marketing execution and established processes
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, or a high school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing and deploying email automation campaigns using an email service provider
