Job Summary
Owning the HubSpot instance end-to-end, the full-time remote Marketing Automation Specialist will manage workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and data hygiene while shaping the martech stack for a growing demand generation team.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee HubSpot workflows, contact lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and integrations to ensure campaign accuracy and data integrity
- Audit the current HubSpot setup, document issues, and create a prioritized backlog for improvements within the first 90 days
- Collaborate with demand generation and BDR teams to ensure reliable lead flow and develop enrichment playbooks for campaign personalization
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience managing HubSpot end-to-end at a B2B SaaS company, including building workflows and managing lifecycle stages
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data quality issues impacting demand generation efforts
- Experience working in ambiguous environments without a dedicated RevOps function
- At least one end-to-end marketing automation use case owned from design to measurement
- Comfortable operating in early or growth-stage B2B SaaS companies or demand generation agencies
