Job Summary
Supporting marketing systems and campaign execution, the part-time Marketing Automation Specialist will manage HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, perform quality assurance, and prepare reports while working remotely on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain HubSpot and Salesforce marketing automation workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and email programs
- Perform quality assurance on automations, routing, segmentation, and campaign setup prior to launch
- Build and execute campaigns, including email sends, nurture programs, and event follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign operations
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot; Salesforce experience is a strong plus
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage details and meet deadlines
- Analytical and process-minded with a keen eye for quality and consistency
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and operational documentation is strongly preferred
