Job Summary
Leading the architecture and administration of a marketing automation platform, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will manage a customer contact database, support multiple business segments, and ensure data accuracy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the marketing automation platform and customer contact database
- Collaborate on strategy and establish best practices for workspace organization within the Marketo instance
- Execute routine database maintenance and build targeted segments for marketing campaigns
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role focused on database management
- Solid understanding of marketing automation programs and working knowledge of the Marketo CRM system
- Foundational knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and experience managing consent preferences
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
