Job Summary
Seeking a strategic Marketing Automations Manager, this full-time remote position based in Mexico will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, align marketing and sales systems, and oversee lead management processes to drive pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing automation workflows and data extensions
- Ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM for data flow and campaign attribution
- Oversee end-to-end lead management processes, including lead scoring and automated routing to the Sales team
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with preferred certifications
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including understanding of objects and reporting workflows
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS for database segmentation and email customization
- Experience in building and optimizing lead lifecycles from digital capture to sales hand-off
