Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Marketing Business Analyst will partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize Salesforce usage, refine lead scoring models, and create metrics reports that drive data-driven insights and improve campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness
- Proactively explore data to identify trends and develop robust KPIs for marketing performance monitoring
- Present analysis and findings to stakeholders and consult on scalable processes for campaign and lead management
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in analytical roles within B2B and/or B2C environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and ability to independently build reports and derive insights
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot
- Advanced skills in Power BI for high-level analytical tasks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
