Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Marketing Business Analyst will partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize Salesforce usage, refine lead scoring models, and create metrics reports that drive data-driven insights and improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness
  • Proactively explore data to identify trends and develop robust KPIs for marketing performance monitoring
  • Present analysis and findings to stakeholders and consult on scalable processes for campaign and lead management
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in analytical roles within B2B and/or B2C environments
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and ability to independently build reports and derive insights
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot
  • Advanced skills in Power BI for high-level analytical tasks
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
