Job Summary
Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Marketing Ad Ops Campaign QA Specialist will monitor and troubleshoot ad and promotion campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor SMB and Enterprise campaigns daily, identifying performance anomalies and troubleshooting issues across various platforms
- Analyze campaign metrics and performance trends using SQL and internal dashboards, delivering insights and regular reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving campaign performance and ensure alignment with campaign objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in ad trafficking, campaign management, project coordination, or business operations
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data
- Strong written communication skills for crafting clear reports and performance insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
