Marketing Cloud Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Marketing Cloud Developer will develop direct marketing strategies, serve as a technical expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaborate with internal teams to design consumer journeys in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement direct marketing strategies across various consumer touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize consumer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Analyze marketing automation results and report on key performance indicators to drive business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 4 years of related experience, with a preference for 2 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with email/marketing automation software
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Audience Builder configuration
