Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Software Engineer - Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements, including customer journeys and email campaigns
- Design and implement technical solutions to support email strategies and drive automation
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Marketing Cloud, ensuring compliance with best practices and data protection regulations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Marketing Cloud Developer certifications are required
- Experience with SQL/SOQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Knowledge of B2C marketing automation best practices
- Experience with Agentforce and Data 360 (Data Cloud) is a plus
