Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Coordinator to support a marketing operations team and manage communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the content approval process for advertising and promotional materials
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives
  • Collaborate with various teams to coordinate campaign assets and communications deliverables
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications or an advertising/creative agency environment
  • Experience with regulated content review platforms, preferably Veeva Vault
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and project management tools like Asana or Trello
  • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics
