Job Summary

Leading the advertising and media strategy, the part-time Marketing Communications Manager will manage integrated media plans, oversee budget allocation, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand impact and business growth in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the annual and quarterly advertising and media strategy aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel media plans around key formulas and campaigns
  • Partner with Insights/Analytics to define KPIs and translate results into actionable recommendations for advertising and media strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • BS/BA required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or media planning
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel media plans and budgets with measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on familiarity with key platforms and tools (e.g., Google/Meta/LinkedIn, DSPs, GA4)
  • Experience leading creative development and asset management across digital and offline touchpoints
